Baffle replacement, riser and lid installation, cracked or collapsed inlet/outlet pipes, blocked lines between the house and tank, and effluent filter cleaning and replacement. Most are same-day once we've pumped and can see the problem.
When it's the drain field
Soggy ground over the field, sewage smell outside, or drains that back up right after a pump-out point to a drain field problem. We assess it and give you the straight story, sometimes it's a jetting and rejuvenation, sometimes it's a lateral line, and we'll say so rather than default to the most expensive fix.

My drains are slow right after pumping, what's wrong?
That usually points past the tank to the drain field or a blocked outlet. We'll inspect the outlet baffle and field before recommending anything.
Can you install a riser at the same time as a repair?
Yes, risers are quick and make every future service cheaper. It's the first thing we suggest on older buried tanks.
